Payment Options
- Payment by Credit Card This can be done online via a secure server(https connection), PayPal, by fax, by phone or by regular mail. Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. For all our products the Credit Card payment is handled by NorthStar Solutions. Click on one of the product links in the pricelist below and you will be directed to the product page in our online shop.
- Payment by Bank Transfer(Wire Transfer) Please contact us and we will send you the required information. IBAN and BIC numbers. EMail
- Payment by cash on delivery(C.O.D.) or in German Nachnahme If you are a customer located next to Austria(Germany, Italy,..) then you may use this way of payment. We will send the license information per mail to you and you can pay when you get it. EMail
What do you get when buying our products
- License info to unlock the tool
- Buying a license grants you the right to use the product in your design environment and you have royalty-free distribution rights for executables that use the product as a runtime component.
- 1Year product specific support and download access to upgrades. The support period starts at the time of your purchase. After this 1Year period you can extend your support contract.
- Enterprise Edition and multiuser customers will get a Product CD sent per mail. If you buy a single user license you have the option to add it to your order.
- There may exist upgrade offers to next major version of the software at discounted price or for free.
Which Edition do you need?
Before buying THBImage please ensure that you take a look at the Compare features. It lists all Editions and AddOns and you will get a detailed overview of the features.
How many licenses do you need to buy?
- You are allowed to use a single user license for one 1 developer working with the product. If you are a single developer working on the project then buy a single user license. There are no other hidden fees or royalties.
- The pricing is based on developers working on the project. All developers working on a project which includes the product, even though not working directly with the product, are required to purchase a license for product.
What is a site wide license?
A site wide license is a great opportunity for large companies to reduce the price for our products. The site wide license grants you the right to use the product for unlimited developers at a single physical address.
Website license
If you run THBImage objects on the serverside in an ASP or ASP.NET environment without any ActiveX controls for viewing, just for processing you don’t need a specific license. The same rules apply. You need 1 license for each website developer working on the project.
You do NOT need a special Website license to use THBImage in a browser or ASP environment. But you need a special serialnumber to use the THBImage viewer THBView in an internet browser. If you plan to use THBImage ActiveX controls in a browser, drop us a note and you will get the serialnumber. As always licensing is based on developers working on the project, in this case the website project.
Support and updates
Buying a license or upgrade license includes 1Year product specific support and download access to upgrades. The support period starts at the time of your purchase. Within the support period you can download product updates from our website. After this 1Year period you can extend your support contract. 1Year support contract costs 25% of the product price. For example: If you buy THBImage Professional - Single User for $380 the 1 year support costs $95. If you own multiple licenses you can just buy a support contract for all your licenses.
