You can create a setup that simply copies all required files along with the VC++ Runtime files to the destination machine.
The new YourSetup batch file helps you choosing the right files you need to distribute and helps you creating the smallest possible setup.
In this video you see that YourSetup.cmd deletes files from the bin/All folder. Afterwards the demo application still runs. The resulting binaries require approx. 10MB or 3MB zipped.
