Automatically resizes controls on the form when the user resizes it!<br>

When you resize a standard unintelligent form, nothing happens. <br>
All controls stay in the upper left corner of the form and don't change in any way. <br>
As soon as you place THBResize on the form and you resize again all <br>
controls will change their size and position according to the formsize. <br>
The form will in each situation present a compact overall impression.<br>
Of course you can set a lot of extras for specific controls. With <br>
the ability to include and exclude specific Controls. Easy to use within a <br>
convenient Graphical User Interface.<br>
Also you can limit the formsize to a minimum and maximum resolution. If the user <br>
tries to resize to a formsize smaller or larger than allowed, he will not be <br>
able to do so. So you can make your application more resolution-independent<br>
